At the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Košice, we welcomed the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of the Philippines, Miloš Koterec, together with his delegation. The guests were received by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. h. c. mult. prof. Ing. Jozef ŽIVČÁK, DrSc., MPH.

During the working meeting, the possibilities of developing mutual cooperation were discussed, especially in the field of higher education and connecting the academic environment with industry. One of the main topics was also the opportunities for talented students from the Philippines to study at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of TUKE.

The Dean of the Faculty presented the profile of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering to the guests, its successes, modern educational and research activities, vision of further development, international cooperation and operations.
