Transport Technology and Logistics (TTaL)

The study field of Transport Technology and Logistics is widely used in all spheres of the national economy. Material handling is an important and integral part of production processes and service systems. The professional specialization enables all graduates to work in the field of construction, dimensioning, maintenance and operation of transport machines and equipment. Additionally, graduates can also find employment in companies focused on logistics-oriented problem solving.

Study at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering offers a wide range of opportunities for a personal professional development, mainly in the theoretical but also in the practical area.   • Read and create technical documentation according to currently valid technical standards
  • Comprehensive solution of technical problems through the application of acquired knowledge in the fields of natural sciences, technology, engineering and applied sciences
  • Effective decision making in connection with the selection and use of appropriate methods, techniques and means in practice oriented problem solving
  • Usage of the most modern CAD systems in construction, modelling, simulation and optimization of machines and equipment of transport and handling equipment
